I am pretty sure you could bring a couple of tankers of nacho cheese- a bunch of chips- and call it a day. People don't go TO the Super Bowl for a culinary adventure. You go to drink beer and watch the game. You go TO or HOST a PARTY- to have a bunch of crazy foods. Or you tailgate- but who ON EARTH goes to a FOOTBALL game to have Porketta or Paille. Burgers, fine. Wings, ill give them that. But I draw the line at shrimp.

This is an amazing operation. But what's more amazing to me is that we do this for the Super Bowl but we won't build housing for the homeless! We Americans have our priorities backward!
Being a dishwasher, there better be a whole "kitchen" dedicated to dishwashing. The amount of chef ware and serving ware theyll bring back, i wont be suprised itll take the whole superbowl night and the following day.

I'm a banquet setter /dishwasher/server/cook and people thank us a lot..I feel like people are definitely more grateful after the 2 years of not being able to go out and have fun.
